1. It has a 45-position autosampler, capillary mounting, UV-VIS detector and electrode mounting hardware.

2. It incorporates an on-board computer and software for Data Acquisition and Control as well as Data Storage.

3. It features temperature control of the sample chamber, carousel and column for reproducible migration times and temperature-sensitive biological samples.

4. All sample contact materials other than the Pt electrodes are bio-compatible plastics.

5. Flexible Configurations: 

The CEC-20 can be configured with a wide range of column lengths(columns may be as short as 15 cm to greater than 2 meters in length). It has a unique patent-pending capillary mounting system for the on-broad absorbance detector.

The CEC-20 addresses the requirements for open capillaries and for CEC packed or continuous bed columns requiring either low pressure or high pressure by offering two types of pumps for column filling and conditioning.

6. Reliable, rugged, and accessible low maintenance design

The CEC-20 is made from strong lightweight materials that provide a compact yet rugged design with a small footprint. All reagents and buffers are enclosed within an easily accessible work area with short paths from the autosampler to column to detector. The CEC-20 is a narrow profile system that incorporates all of the necessary reagents and buffers for CE/CEC column preparation, derivatization and cleaning that are part of the CE/CEC process.

Input/Output connections

Standard Computer interface is provided through the integral Computer. Ethernet TCP/IP protocol is supported for connection to networks and other computers for remote controls and data collection

Two 5 x 4 LED displays, 8digits each and 8 keys each. An external Computer Monitor is required for connection to the system(1280 x 1024 LCD monitor is recommended but not included with the system, except as a special order).
