Our line of Mobile Phase Filters protects your HPLC system from small particles in the mobile phase. These filters are made from SS 316 L and PEEK or Teflon and are suitable for most solvents.
We can offer you a complete line for both analytical and preparative applications. Use the table below to select the proper filter for your application.
Jour Helium Spargers offer an inexpensive way to prepare and maintain mobile phases free of dissolved gases. Connect these spargers to a regulated supply of Helium gas (0-400 mL/min.) to effectively remove dissolved oxygen, nitrogen and other atmospheric gases from the mobile phase. Jour Spargers are made from 10micron porosity stainless steel.

No-Met Biocompatible Mobile Phase Filter

Stainless steel is not an acceptable material for a growing number of applications involving the separation of biomolecules. High salt buffers can corrode stainless steel and the metal ions released from these filters may contaminate or otherwise react with the biomolecules of interest.
It is of great importance that all of the biological activity of the chromatographed samples is retained and that the biological specificity remains unchanged.
Many macromolecules are fairly labile and require not only biocompatible chromatographs but also mobile phase filters, which are totally inert. The NO-METTM filters are designed from inert polymeric components, which effectively eliminate metal contamination of the fluid path. We are pleased to offer you a unique solution to this problem consisting of a totally inert - totally biocompatible polymer filter with a porosity of 5μm, where all fittings are made of biocompatible material. Use it for IC and biochromatography applications. 
We have found that because this filter is hydrophobic it may initially require some priming with methanol or acetonitrile. Suitable VICI Jour Teflon tubing for the Economy filters is Part No. JR-6800; OD 1/8" x ID 1.60 mm.
