By controlling the concentricity of the through-hole and the finish of the sealing surfaces, you are assured perfect alignment between the mating capillary tube I.D. and leak-free connection - essential for achieving zero and low dead volume connections.

Stainless Steel Tees & Crosses

The high pressure Tees and Crosses are designed as direct replacements for specific manufacturers parts. Each part is precision machined from SS 316L, passivated and rinsed. Included with each Tee and Cross are steel ferrules and thread-size 10–32 male nuts ready for use. Thru-hole is 0.5 mm.

Use PEEK tees and crosses with most common HPLC solvents (organic and inorganic) without risking corrosion, metal contamination, or protein binding that might occur with stainless steel. Small diameter thru-holes (only 0.4 mm) are used to insure low-dead volume connections. Make connections to Jour PEEK tees and crosses using any 10-32 fitting that uses polymeric ferrules. We offer tees and crosses supplied complete with Jour PEEK One-Piece Fingertight Fittings ready to connect to any 1/16”OD tubing (PEEK, stainless steel, Teflon, Tefzel, etc.).
