Polyamine Columns are high performance silica based LC columns developed
for the separation and purification of complex saccharide mixture. Select

YMC-Pack CN
columns can be used in both normal phase (with low-po;arity mobile phase
such as hexane)and reverse phase(with high polarity mobile phase such as
methanol & water). In normal phase modes, CN column is faster
equilibration than normal silica gel.

Diol columns
The
YMC Diol stationary phase is versatile alternative to silica for normal
phase separations. The bonde layer's -OH groups provide good selectivity
without excessive retention, since hydrogen bonding with the Diol layer is
not as strong as with the silanols on a bare silica surface. Diol columns
also provide better reproducibility when compared with bare silica
columns, YMC offers its Diol phase in 6nm, 12nm, 20nm and 30nm pore size,
Spherical particle sizes include 5mm, 5/15mm,
10/20mm, 15/30mm and
50mm.
■ YMC-Pack NH2 (Amino) Columns
YMC-Pack NH2 columns are useful for the separation of saccharide type compounds in
a normal phase mode using very polar solvents. Available in analytical,
semipreparative and preparative column size packed from various spherical
supports and pore size.
CombiChrom
Columns (結合化學專用分離管)
The
CombiChrom line comprises CombiScreen 4.6 x 50mm columns for efficient and
rapid analysis of combinatorial mixtures, and CombiPrep high capacity
preparative columns for highthroughput isolation and purification of
target molecules. Almost all the YMC phases are available as CombiChrom
HPLC Columns.

ODS-H80:
with 22% carbon is the most hydrophobic and hydrolytically stable.
ODS-M80:
with 14% carbon, is an inert, efficient phase with moderate hydrophobicity
and hydrogen bonding capacity.
ODS-L80:
a 9% carbon phase, offers retention similar to a C8, but with unique
selectivity imparted by its high hydrogen-bonding capacity.
