Features of TSKgel PW type columns: ◎ It has a hydrophilic surface with hydroxyl group. ◎ It has very little absorption in water-soluble synthetic polymer and polysaccharides. ◎ It has very wide fractionation range of molecular weights. ◎ It is highly stable and durable. ◎ It has excellent chemical stability and can be used over a wide pH range, between 2 and 12. ◎ The XL series, which is particularly stable and durable, can measure even with 50% organic solvent. ◎ Main applications: (1) Water-soluble synthetic oligomers, Polyethylene glycol, etc. (2) Water-soluble synthetic polymer, Polyvinyl alcohol, polyacryl amide, etc. (3) Oligosaccharides and poly- Saccharides, dextran, dextrin and starch (4) Nucleic acid: DNA, RNA and plasmid |

Features of TSKgel HXL columns: ◎ These columns cover wide fractionation range of sample from low to high molecule weight. ◎ It allows little swelling and shrink, thus ensuring a long column life. ◎ It allows for excellent stablilty and reproducibility. ◎ The HXL series have high number of theoretical plates and high resolution due to narrow distribution of particle size. ◎ Main applications: Polymers soluble in organic solvents、Oligomers、General organic compounds and polymer additives. ◎ Supply mode of solvents: Solvents can be shipped as chloroform, dimethylformamide (DMF) and acetone, as well as tetrahydrofuran(THF). Please specify when ordering. (Note) Carefully read the instructions manual attached to the supplied column when you replace the solvent. |
